The last date for spot admissions into various courses of Andhra University School of Distance Education has been extended up to October 31 without fine, AU SDE Director N.L. Narasimha Rao informed on Friday.
Candidates wishing to join the under-graduate, post-graduate, PG diploma, diploma and certificate courses can avail of this opportunity at the AU SDE Study Centres also, Prof. Narasimha Rao added.
Dasara vacation
Following a representation received from the Andhra University Teachers Association, the AU administration has declared October 25 and 26 as holidays for the university colleges and departments on the occasion of Dasara, Registrar V. Uma Maheswara Rao informed on Friday.
The campus will reopen on Oct. 29, since Oct. 27 (Id-ul-Fitr) and Oct. 28 (Sunday) being holidays.
